And the economy..

Lately, everything is economy this, economy that, what will the government do etc. But really, what will the government do? Everyone in the world, mostly, seems to agree upon the fact that many countries, if not all, are going through a serious recession. I agree on that point.

The American people know that that is one of the first topics on Obama's desk, to cure the economy. But how? That is the million dollar question, how and when are we going to come out of this recession?

Just recently, when listening to the radio, there was talk about how Obama is planning on putting in more money into the economy but priniting more and trying to "jump start" businesses and increase spending, hence the bailout plan. Hilary commented on this notion and believes it is a good a effective way, a democratic way, to get the economy going. And once we have become stable, the government will tax American dollars and squeeze the money back out. Makes sense, right?

The argument here is that should be trade-off a short term fix for the inflation of our American dollar. Yes, the economy will get a boost, but the value of our dollar will be severly decreased. If we don't do this, what is our other option? In my opinion, by the looks of businesses in the past few months and the stress many people are facing, anything that the government can do, it should do.
